Does HourJourney follow my state board's rules?
Yes. Every week you log is checked against your state board's rules for supervision, hour categories, and limits, so problems surface the moment you enter them, not when you apply for licensure. When you're ready, HourJourney generates your board's official forms with your data filled in. Signature fields are always left blank for you and your supervisor to complete.
What if I switch supervisors or sites along the way?
That's normal, and HourJourney is built for it. Add as many sites and supervisors as your journey requires, and deactivate the ones you leave behind. Every hour stays attributed to the supervisor and site where you earned it, so your records and exported forms remain accurate across transitions.
I've been tracking hours in a spreadsheet. Can I bring them over?
Yes, you can log past weeks retroactively. Open any previous week on the calendar and enter your hours; each entry is validated against your board's rules as you go, so you'll also catch any compliance issues hiding in your old spreadsheet.
What happens when my free trial ends?
